No application fee, no listing fee, no subscription. We make money on the work, not on the vendors in the network.

Why partner
No application fee, no listing fee, no subscription. We make money on the work, not on the vendors in the network.
You are not bidding against forty other contractors on every job. We match the trade to the work and send it to somebody vetted for it.
Address, scope, price and a completion checklist. Nothing verbal, and nothing you are expected to price on the doorstep.
Scheduling, access, expectations and any complaint come to us. You do the trade you are good at.
Property managers give the same units back year after year. Do the work well and the routing is not a one-off.
You hear back either way. If something is missing we tell you exactly what, instead of leaving the application in limbo.
Trades we’re onboarding
Be straightforward about what you are licensed for and what you are not. The fastest way to lose a place in this network is to be vague about it.
In every state. We verify with the issuing authority before your first dispatch, and we cannot route this work to an unlicensed vendor as a favour or as a one-off.
You are still welcome, and most of our volume is here. You need insurance and the ability to document your work.
Requirements

Residents let us into their homes. Sending them a name and a face before the visit is the single biggest reason they say yes, and it is why our vendors get let in without a call to the office. It is not optional on any trade.
Your licence is verified with the issuing authority and your insurance with the carrier. Nothing sensitive goes through this website — the form asks for licence types, never numbers, images, SSN or bank details.
Onboarding
The form below takes about six minutes. Tell us your trades, your coverage area and what you are licensed for. If it is easier, call and we will take it over the phone.
A confirmation, immediately
Within two business days you hear back either way. If something is missing we tell you exactly what, rather than leaving you wondering.
A decision in two business days
Insurance, licences and identity checked against the issuing sources — not against the copies you send us. This is the step that protects the vendors already in the network.
Verified, not just documented
We record your trades, your service radius and your rates, and add your portrait to your profile so residents can be told who is arriving.

Vendor questions
No. There is no fee to apply, no fee to be listed, and no subscription. We make money on the work, not on the vendors.
Yes — current general liability, and you need to be able to add Xpert Property Plus as additional insured on request. Workers’ compensation is required where your state requires it for your crew size; owner-operators who are genuinely exempt should say so on the application.
It depends on the trade. Major electrical, major plumbing, HVAC repair, HVAC replacement and installation, and full roof replacement all require a current verified licence — every state, no exceptions. The other categories are open to vendors without a trade licence who carry insurance and can document their work.
Because residents let us into their homes. We send your name and portrait to the resident before your visit, which is the single biggest reason they open the door — and the reason our vendors get let in without a call to the office. It is not optional on any trade.
No, and anyone who does is guessing. Volume depends on your trades, your coverage area, your response time and how the first few jobs go. What we do commit to is not bidding you against forty other vendors on every job.
Yes. Tell us quickly so we can route it to somebody else — declining fast costs you nothing, while accepting and then going quiet is the fastest way out of the network.
You tell us your rates when you apply and we agree scope and price per job in writing before you drive out. You are never expected to price work on the doorstep, and you should never quote or sell anything to the resident.
Two business days to a decision either way. If something is missing we tell you exactly what it is instead of leaving the application in limbo.
You will get a person, not a ticket number. Estimates are free and in writing.
